What we collect
When you join the myLabada launch list we collect: your role (customer or Laundry Pro), full name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), zone, and barangay/landmark (if you give one). Laundry Pro applicants also tell us whether they have a washing machine and GCash, and which type of government ID they can present. We never collect ID images, passwords, or payment details on this form.
Why we collect it
- To text or email you when bookings open in your zone
- To plan which zones we launch in first
- For Laundry Pro applicants: to schedule the verification steps before onboarding
Consent basis
We process your details because you gave consent when you ticked the box on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time — see "How to opt out" below.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until 12 months after launch, then delete them unless you have become an active myLabada customer or Laundry Pro by then.
How to opt out or request deletion
Email support@mylabada.app from any address, or reply to any of our messages, and ask to opt out or to have your details deleted. We will stop all messages and, on request, delete your entry.
Who can see your details
Only the myLabada team. We never publish waitlist names or numbers, and we never sell your details.
