How it works

Three steps, with a photo trail the whole way.

1

Book a pickup

Book in the app and pick a time window. Minimum 3 kilos.

2

Weighed at your door

You get a photo of your laundry on the scale. The price is frozen at the weighed weight — no surprises, ever.

3

Wash, fold, return

Photo updates at every step. Pay securely in the app by GCash, Maya, or card.

Launch pricing

Per kilo, wash & fold — pickup and delivery included.

Rush (same-day, book before 10 a.m.)₱110 / kilo

May laundry shop ka?

Fill your idle machine hours with app orders — no ads, no extra staff.

  • Orders from customers near your shop (up to ~5 km), in one shared queue your staff can work from the app
  • You set the capacity — daily kilos and how many jobs at once — so the app never overbooks you
  • Take the big loads home machines can’t: comforters, curtains, and bulk orders
  • Simple photo updates at every step: pickup, scale, washed, folded, delivered
  • Requirements: registered business (DTI or SEC), current mayor’s permit, BIR registration, a weighing scale, and care for other people’s clothes

Apply as a Laundry Shop

70%

of every order goes to your shop — the same rate as our home Pros, with the per-job computation shown in the app, paid every Friday to your business GCash or bank account.

Staff accounts included: your team accepts jobs and posts photo updates under your shop’s name, while payouts and settings stay with the owner.

Questions

The short answers.

How fast?

Regular orders return in 24–48 hours. Rush (booked before 10 a.m.) returns the same evening.

How do I pay?

GCash, Maya, or card — right in the app. You pay the final amount once your laundry is weighed; the scale photo confirms it.

What if something goes wrong?

Message us in the app or on Messenger. Every order has a photo trail and our damage policy in writing.

Is there a minimum?

3 kilos per pickup.

Where do you serve?

IT Park, Lahug, Cebu Business Park, Banilad, and Mandaue at launch — the whole Province of Cebu as we roll out. Outside the zones? Join the list; your barangay could be next.

I own a laundry shop — can I join?

Yes! Registered laundry shops (DTI or SEC, with a current mayor’s permit) join as providers with staff accounts, capacity controls, and the same 70% share paid weekly. Pick “I own a Laundry Shop” on the signup form above.
